Terms and conditions of purchase

This page sets out the legal terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) under which Qalbi Reassurance Company or its affiliate companies in your place of residence sell the product(s) listed on this website (Website). These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, so you should review them before making any new purchase. We are keen to adhere to international standards related to distance selling and e-commerce at all times. If you have any questions, please contact us via the website.



By ordering Products through our Website, you confirm that you wish to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products at the prices indicated on the date and time at which you place your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of products from time to time, for example in periods when products are being promoted or if products are incorrectly priced. If the corrected price of the Products at the time of your order is higher than the price quoted to you, we will contact you for your directions on the process before accepting your order. Prices are exclusive of any Value Added Tax (i.e. Value Added Tax, Goods and Services Tax or any other similar taxes or charges) applicable under prevailing law.

Please note that completing the online purchase process or sending our confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. However, your order is considered acceptable to us when it is delivered to you only, subject to receipt of the full amount. You can review submitted applications and review their current status at any time by visiting our website and clicking on “Login” at the top of the page and then “Track your application”.

If for any reason we are unable to supply the Products you ordered and we do not complete your order we will let you know. This may be because the required product is out of stock, or we have found an error in the price of the product. If you have paid for these products, we will refund the full amount paid to the card you used for payment as quickly as reasonably possible.

Delivery / collection

  • Please note that delivery fees and times vary according to the type of products ordered, the services you have chosen, and the delivery address.
  • We will do our best to deliver the Products to your address on the estimated delivery date specified in our order confirmation email. If we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to set up another estimated date. We will inform you when the order will be ready for delivery at the address, as applicable.
  • If you choose delivery to your address and no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange another delivery time. Products may be left with third parties (such as a concierge or housemaid) with your express authorization.
  • Risks relating to the Products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, or after you receive them.
  • Sometimes, the supply of Products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as a shortage of materials, import delays, or higher than expected demand). In such cases we will do our best to keep you informed but we will not be liable to you for such delay or failure to deliver.

Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department during working hours and within an hour of the request or by sending the cancellation request through the website. Please note that we are not able to accept cancellations outside these times as the order has been completed and can only be canceled through our return/refund process. If you paid by credit card or any debit card, and you canceled the order in accordance with this clause, we will process a refund (if necessary) as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for the period required for the reappearance of that process in your account.
  • If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange for certain products, you must inform us within 15 days of receiving your order. In the same condition in which it was supplied, in its original packaging, together with a copy of the relevant invoice. Please note that any materials provided with the products must be returned free of charge.
  • Subject to the exceptions below, when you return your order or wish to exchange it for certain products, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid. For the purpose of exchange, you have to submit a new order for delivery. 
  • In the event that we supply wrong products that do not match, are damaged or incorrect, we will offer you an alternative product or issue you a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid. In all cases, you must return faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible.
  • You must take care and caution in dealing with any products that you wish to return and not use. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the Products while they are in your possession while they are being worn or washed.

Retrieval process around the world:

  • You will bear the postage yourself, so be sure to mark the shipment as “returned” to avoid additional charges.
  • Be sure to request a shipment tracking number to track the package and to prove that it was sent.
  • After returning the product, it may take up to 28 working days as a maximum for us to receive the order and refund the amount. The amount will be returned to the card used for payment or cash on delivery after checking the product from Aramex, based on your choice while requesting to return the product, or deliver it yourself to the nearest branch of Aramex immediately after creating a “change of size” request. If we do not receive the items to be exchanged within two weeks of placing the order, we will have to cancel your resizing order
  • The product must be returned within 28 days of receiving the order
  • The product must be returned with the original branded box that was sent to you
  • The product must be in good condition, unused, with the brand sticker and a copy of the invoice
  • Once these products arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm and reassure you. After that, you can purchase again via our website
